YOUTH-FIT CAMP
Our program is designed to specifically introduce students to core training principles, fitness techniques and healthy lifestyle education within a group setting. Fit camps are designed to be fun, informative and challenging. Our camp is the perfect way to supplement your child's existing training program to get them to the next level in today's highly competitive youth sports enviroment. By combining your child's desires to improve, and expert youth fitness trainers, we create a fun encouraging enviorment that gets results.
Allowing your child to train in a structured group enviorment will not only be fun, but it will help support one of our core principle of respect and motivating each other during group training. This is a great way for your child to train with their friends, but an even better opportunity for them to meet new friends. Our youth participants create friendships.
NUTRITION TRAINING
They will learn about each good, group, proper proportions of each, the amount and benefit of water intake, how to make healthy choices, and more. We'll also answer questions your child might have about whats's best for them and any dietary restrictions or allergies they may have or experience. This personalized approach is at the core of what we do!
FUN GAMES
Whether it's dodgeball, basketball, tag or wall ball, chidren have the chance to be active, stay fit, have lots of fun and make new friends
